About Us
Petflybox is a brand built upon the knowledge and operational experience of Neopet Logistics, which has over 8 years of field experience in international pet transportation. Over the years, we have observed firsthand the need for safe and durable pet transport cages that fully comply with IATA (International Air Transport Association) standards during the transportation of live animals to different parts of the world. Based on this need, we launched Petflybox with the goal of developing a product that not only complies with regulations but also offers comfort, durability, and longevity.
Petflybox is a product born from real operational experience. All scenarios encountered at airports, cargo terminals, during long layovers, and in varying climatic conditions have served as the fundamental reference for our design and production process. Therefore, our products are not just transport cages; they are professional transport solutions that protect the safety, comfort, and health of your beloved pets throughout their journey.
Our Production Capacity and Infrastructure
We possess a well-established production infrastructure. Established in 1993 in Hadımköy, Istanbul, our factory, covering 18,000 m² of indoor space, has developed a strong production culture and technical expertise over the years. Although our facilities were completely damaged in the unfortunate fire of 2009, we did not compromise our commitment to production. In March 2010, we established a temporary factory in Silivri, Istanbul, and continued our operations uninterrupted. In March 2013, we rebuilt our modern facilities in Hadımköy, covering 42,000 m² of indoor space, and resumed production with a much stronger infrastructure.
Today, Petflybox products are manufactured in these robust facilities using high engineering standards, quality raw material selection, and advanced production techniques. Durability, safety, and quality are indispensable elements of our production process.
